Thank you to all who attended, supported, and donated at Big Brothers Big Sisters’ Give Big For Kids’ Sake, a night of giving, on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the Bloomington Country Club. Guests heard from former-Bloomington mayor, Mark Kruzan, as the Emcee and host, Big Brothers Big Sisters’ Board of Directors President, Kelly Abel, and Big Brothers Big Sisters CEO, Jennifer Quick-Cook to learn more about the organization and its mission of igniting the power and potential of youth in the community.

Guests heard from feature speakers, Bigs and Littles involved in the program, and their personal stories and experiences being enrolled and what they love best about being a “Big” or “Little.”

Following a moment of giving and a fun, fundraising game of “Heads or Tails,” guests were introduced to Big Brothers Big Sisters’ NIL Hoosier for Good partners, Jalen Hood-Schifino and Malik Reneau – IU Men’s Basketball players. Jalen and Malik will partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters over the next year to support the organization and raise awareness within the community.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana is an affiliate agency of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, helping children realize their potential and build their futures by creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships to ignite the power and promise of youth.
