Tom Saccone Executive Director
Tom joined Big Brothers Big Sisters as Executive Director in October 2011. Before coming to Big Brothers Big Sisters Tom spent most of his professional career as a business unit manager in the field of medical device manufacturing, but also contributed his time and talents to the nonprofit sector as a United Way loaned executive and a United Way campaign chairman. In his free time, Tom's is a sports enthusiast and is currently Director of the Scholars Inn Bakehouse/Team Tortuga Cycling Team. Tom and his wife are the parents of three children.

Scott joined the Big Brothers Big Sisters management team in January 2011.

Deborah Meader
Director of Site-Based Programs
Deborah is Director of Site-Based Programs and directs ongoing efforts to provide quality match support and ensure compliance with professional standards of practice. Deborah holds a masters degree from the University of Wisconsin and has worked for Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2002. She is a Certified Program Manager through Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Deborah and her husband gladly travel great distances for the opportunity to see grandkids (an ever-growing number).
