New Board Members

Samaria Warsaw

Samaria Warsaw is originally from Northwest Indiana. She came to Bloomington, IN fifteen years ago for college. Little did she know, this quaint little college town would be a place she'd grow to love and call home.

Samaria is a Financial Aid Administrator at Indiana University and has worked in Higher Education Administration for over 10 years. She has devoted her life to making a positive impact on those around her whether it is family, in the world of Higher Education, or the community. One of the many things she has always appreciated about Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) is that this great organization creates an environment for people like her to do just that.

As she's pondered whether serving on the BBBS Board would be a good fit, she continues to go back to our mission and how much she believes it aligns with her personal values in life. Samaria is excited about the possibility of serving our organization in this capacity.

Heidi Dugan

Heidi Dugan grew up in northwestern Pennsylvania and attended college in southern Ohio where she graduated with a BA in English. After graduation, Heidi and her husband, Joe, moved to Seoul, South Korea where they spent four years teaching English. In 2012, Heidi and Joe moved back to the States, so Joe could attend law school at Indiana University. Heidi found a job with The Peoples State Bank in town, where she worked for three years. In early 2015, Heidi made the move to MainSource Bank where she currently works as a relationship banker. Heidi enjoys reading, running, yoga, and playing with her ornery cat, Max!
